Founded by the monks of the Marmoutier monastery in the 4th century. It lies to the east of Tours, on the right bank of the Loire, on south-facing slopes. It is here, in Rochecorbon, not far from Tours, that the Clos des Aumônes estate has been built up over three generations.
Since 2018, Domaine du Clos des Aumônes has been run by Benoit Coulon. Perpetuating traditional know-how, a passion for the terroir and the Chenin grape variety, your wine producer in Rochecorbon offers you the sale and tasting of various wines such as:

Our estate is conveniently located. It is close to the A10 Paris-Bordeaux freeway, exit 20. We are also close to Tours airport.
Trained as an oenologist, I chose to settle in the Vouvray vineyard for its potential to create great white wines.

OUR APPELLATION WINES
The wines of this appellation are made from Chenin grapes, and can be sparkling or still, dry, semi-dry or sweet. One of the distinguishing features of Vouvray wines is their distinctive, delicate, bright yellow-gold color.
